WHEN WE WEAR THE GLOVES...
Each year, the Gamma Gamma Gamma Chapter gathers in solemn reverence to honor and remember the brothers who have entered Omega Chapter—men whose lives, service, and spirit remain forever woven into the fabric of our beloved fraternity. Our Annual Memorial Service is more than a tradition; it is a sacred moment of reflection, where memory and meaning meet, and where the enduring bonds of brotherhood are felt most deeply.

In these moments, we are reminded that the ties we share as men of Omega Psi Phi transcend time and space. The laughter, labor, sacrifice, and love we have exchanged with our brothers do not fade—they echo across generations, calling us to remember, to honor, and to carry forward their legacy with purpose and pride.

A brother has gone from our midst
And sailed to golden shores.

A friend has passed the final test
And walks through purple doors.
The circle has an empty place
A voice will raise no more
The song of fellowship and love
Uplift forevermore

A light goes from this earthly life
The visor closed again
Yet all the heavens open wide
To let a new star in.

A brother leaves the chapter roles
And moves to other worlds
For when we say our last goodbye
He walks on streets of pearls.
